Is Gary entitled to his share of the gym - Yay or Nay?

There are some interesting and conflicting opinions being shared as to whether you think Gary should be entitled to his share of the gym. 

On the one hand, he signed a contract. It's a legally binding document which means Gary is a partner at the gym, has shares on it and is entitled to his bit of the action. He needs the job to look after his family of baby Jake.

On the other hand, Gary's a nice bloke, and he should step away from the conflict and leave the Nazirs alone.

So what do you think... should Gary be entitled to his share of the gym - Yay or Nay?
