Trailer video: Guess who finds out about Sally kissing Kev?

The official Coronation Street website at itv.com/corrie have released another trailer teaser video of events leading up to the Coronation Street live episode that will air in September.

This trailer video is all about Sally and Tim's upcoming wedding... and whether Sally's kiss with Kev ruin the whole blinking lot. 

The video is probably only available to those in the UK so for overseas fans and those who want to know what's going to happen - here it goes.

The video shows Kev and Tim's bromance developing. Kev celebrates his 50th birthday this week on September 3rd and it appears as if Tim gives Kevin a gift of a bracelet. So far, so good.  Then we see Sophie joking with her mum and asking her if she's still got feelings for Kevin. But then the money shot at the end is of a very shocked Anna Windass who's listening over the garden fence as Sophie and Sally chat.

Sophie says to Sally: "You're going on about Anna and how common she is, but she's not the one who's going around kissing her ex-husband, is she?"

The look on Anna's face is priceless.  Will she do anything about the information she overhears and ruin Sally's big day? I wonder... and that's when the video ends!

Watch: Coronation Street cliff-hanger live episode teaser

The official Coronation Street website at itv.com/corrie have released a trailer teaser video of events leading up to the live episode.

When is the live episode? Here is everything you need to know about it, including the date and who won't be taking part.

In this trailer video (which is probably only open to UK fans... sorry, overseas fans) David, Kylie and Sarah Platt are "pushed to the edge" by camp Callum - culminating in the hour long live episode during ITV’s 60th anniversary week of September 21st.

Alison King signs up to Corrie until 2016

We already know that Alison King, who plays Carla Connor, will be taking a break from the show for creative reasons.

She confirms in an interview with Digital Spy that she's signed up with the show until May 2016.

She said: "I have just signed till May 2016 - there is a lot to do with Carla yet. I haven't had a chance to think about beyond that. As for storyline - I am starting to get a sense of what it might involve but I don't know any details."

Alison has already confirmed that she 'definitely wants to come back' to the role as Carla.  Read that here.

Carla and Tracy in suicide cliff-hanger

Next week on Coronation Street, it looks as if there's an end in sight to the Victoria Court fire storyline at last.  Carla takes herself off to a cliff top with a bottle of booze ready to end it all. But Tracy tries to save her, confessing that she started the fire.

Carla reels at Tracy's confession and with emotions running high, Carla and Tracy fight on the edge of the quarry. 

The previews for next week then go on to explain that Carla then tells Nick and Michelle about Tracy's confession. The cops are called and Tracy's arrested.


Under police interrogation, Tracy sticks to her story that she only confessed to starting the fire in order to prevent Carla from committing suicide.

Has baby Miley disappeared from Faye's life - for good?

Next week on Coronation Street, has baby Miley done a runner? Or at least a crawl?

With the Hodges due back from Canada, Anna is looking forward to seeing Miley. But when Tim calls round and finds their house is empty and up for let, Anna phones Josie, keen to know what's going on.

Anna and Tim break the news to Faye that the Hodges have taken Miley to live in Canada but they're shocked by Faye's apparent disinterest. Anna is upset whilst Tim's devastated and blames himself for supporting the Hodges at the outset. But what is Faye's true feeling about Miley's move overseas?

I wonder if we'll ever see Miley Windass again?

Spoiler: Pregnancy news at Eileen's house

There's pregnancy news next week on Coronation Street.  When Michael presents Eileen with a pregnancy test kit he's found at No. 11, Eileen is shocked.  Well, as you can imagine. It's not hers, of course.

But whose is it? 

Eileen is stunned when Andrea turns up again on her doorstep in tears, revealing she is pregnant with Lloyd's child! Andrea asks Eileen to say nothing of her pregnancy while she decides what to do. But when Michael finds the positive pregnancy test and assumes it's Eileen's, Andrea is forced to set him straight. Michael and Eileen urge her to tell Lloyd.
